WHAT:   TOURNEAU hosted a rocking 11.11.11 party at its new Manhattan Concept Store, opened in June 2011. TOURNEAU and Paper invited 11 of the world’s premier DJs, including Josh Madden, Stephen Barr aka Huggy Bear, and Andrew Andrew, to entertain guests. Cocktails flowed and partygoers noshed on food truck fare from the trucks waiting outside, while listeners jammed out at a party appropriately timed from 7:11 pm to 11:11 pm.

Tourneau.com propels the brand into the ever-broadening digital space and evolves the process of watch-buying to consumers around the globe.

WHEN:   Friday, November 11, 2011 | 7:11 pm – 11:11 pm

WHERE:   TOURNEAU Concept Store | 510 Madison Avenue

THE EVENING:   TOURNEAU executives plan for the site to not only generate online orders, but also to bolster in-store sales by the introduction of the site’s “Virtual Watch Tray,” where users will be able to select watches online and have them awaiting their personal inspection at one of the retailer’s 36 boutiques. Additionally, in late October 2011, Tourneau.com will introduce a mobile-specific tool making the process of exploring the watch world transportable – with the ease of any smartphone. The site will also evolve on a content-level as well, through a partnership with Condé Nast Ideactive. Fresh editorialized, lifestyle content will invigorate the site and is designed to keep users coming back.

The new Tourneau.com realizes the potential of an all-channel solution set, including a state-of-the-art order management system, customer service system and content management system. In the near future, the integrated CRM solutions will drive Tourneau’s clienteling efforts, which will allow sales professionals to provide white glove service to their customers, regardless of where the transaction begins or ends–on the web, mobile, or in-store.
