Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt and their 6 children were photographed at the Haneda International Airport today, November 10. The family was photographed in Japan after Brad Pitt’s “Moneyball” premiere.

Known as an actress and humanitarian, Angelina has adopted 3 out of her 6 children. All 3 of these children were adopted from impoverished countries. It’s hard to believe it’s already been 9 years since Angelina adopted her first child, Maddox! All 3 of her and Brad Pitt’s children were from orphanages from the following countries:

Cambodia– Maddox Jolie-Pitt is the couple’s first child, adopted in March of 2002. When Maddox was adopted Jolie was still married to Billy Bob Thornton. She has since divorced from Billy Bob and Brad Pitt is the legal adoptive father to Maddox.

Ethiopia– Zahara Jolie-Pitt was Angelina and Brad’s second adoptive child. She was brought into the Jolie-Pitt family on July of 2005 as a 6 month old. Adopted from an Ethiopian orphanage she was rumored to have AIDS but has since been tested negative for the disease.

Vietnam– Pax was adopted at 3 years old by Jolie and Pit in March of 2007. Due to the countries adoption laws, Jolie had to be the sole parent to Pax as unmarried couples cannot both adopt in Vietnam.

In between Zahara and Pax, Brad and Angelina gave birth to Shiloh on May 2006 in Namibia. They also gave birth to twins, Vivienne and Knox, on July 2008 in France. They are quite the multi-national family!
